The versatility of the modern Metro Radio Arena means that we can change the inside layout to suit the appropriate event. View the various layouts available:
Book by Telephone

- For those with difficulty operating a telephone please email accessibility@smgnewcastle.co.uk. Please note this email address is only for patrons who cannot operate a telephone and special needs bookings. All other enquiries should be made via the booking hotline as replies will unfortunately not be given to any other issues.
Book in Person at the Arena
- Monday - Friday: 10.00am - 4.00pm
- From Saturday 24th July to Saturday 4th Sept 2010 the Metro Radio Arena Box Office will be closed on Saturdays. If there is an event on the Saturday the Box Office will open 1 and half hours before doors open to the Arena.
- Sunday: Closed
- Sunday Evening Events - Box Office will be open from 3pm
